Image result for nutrition month 2019     Nutrition month helps to promote nutrition education massages to the public. It was initiated on March 1973, was embraced be members of the American dietetic association. Nutrition is important to us to have a healthy body.

    Nutrition month is always celebrated in school every year. It will encourage us to eat healthy foods to have a healthy body. Especially to us as a student, we need to be healthy. We have to exercise and have a balance diet. We should eat healthy foods and avoid unhealthy foods. Mu must follow the “10 kumainments” and the “food pyramid” so that we can avoid illness.

     As soon as possible, avoid those unhealthy foods. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol because it’s not good to our health. It will ruin our internal organs.

     Having a healthy lifestyle will make you live longer. Eat moderately because too much rice will kill you.
