Nutrition month is
always celebrated in school every year. It will encourage us to eat healthy
foods to have a healthy body. Especially to us as a student, we need to be
healthy. We have to exercise and have a balance diet. We should eat healthy
foods and avoid unhealthy foods. Mu must follow the “10 kumainments” and the
“food pyramid” so that we can avoid illness.
As soon as
possible, avoid those unhealthy foods. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol because
it’s not good to our health. It will ruin our internal organs.
Having a healthy
lifestyle will make you live longer. Eat moderately because too much rice will
kill you.
